We work in accordance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, to supervise building projects from a simple redecoration contract through to new development work. We deal with Health & Safety risk considerations in relation to the construction process, and advise clients about their liabilities in regard to asbestos and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (which came into effect on 1st October 2004).
