We offer a unique consultancy service to our Hotel and Leisure industry clients enabling them to outsource their facilities management to our experienced and professional team. This frees up valuable time for hotel managers, and allows them to benefit from considerable cost savings.
We set up and administer contracts and liaise with contractors and clients to control costs, minimising the cost
of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and maximising the life of electrical and mechanical plant within
the hotel.
It is our policy to invite at least three companies to tender for all contracts, and to re-tender when these are due for renewal. We carry out regular inspections to ensure contractors’ compliance with contract terms. |
