We give priority to the prompt payment of rents and service charges by tenants to ensure our clients’ income flow is maintained and that the service charge account is self-funding. We have strict arrears collection procedures in place to ensure that any late rents are quickly recovered. Regular reports are issued in a format which provides a quick reference to the income and expenditure position of their properties.
