Sandrove Brahams endeavour to provide audited service charge accounts within 8-10 weeks of the service charge year end. This ensures that lessees and tenants are kept fully up to date with all expenditure incurred at their properties and assists our property managers in preparing accurate budgets for forthcoming years.
All residual service charge funds are held in trust on behalf of Lessees in separate accounts which are open to inspection by interested parties at any time.
We also act as Company Secretary for a number of freehold companies, accounting to Companies House and completing annual returns.
