We put all contracts out to tender to contractors with a proven track record, and supervise all works right through to completion, ensuring that Health and Safety regulations are complied with.
Maintenance contracts and energy supply are always a major cost in the running of any property. Our management surveyors are experienced in the identification and negotiation of maintenance contracts, and tender regularly to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
Gas and electricity supply contracts are also tendered regularly, taking advantage of a competitive supply market.
